Santa Claus and his sleigh unexpectedly land on the island, and Santa Claus loses his memory. So it’s up to Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria to distribute the presents to save Christmas. It’s possible that Santa’s Sleigh will be able to make a trip to New York City so they can eventually make it back to their precious home, which is actually a zoo.
