Noise 2022
Shishikari Island is a remote and underdeveloped place. It has a shrinking population and struggling industries. Keita Izumi, played by Tatsuya Fujiwara, starts growing black figs on the island. His success with the crop leads to the island being in line to receive a large government grant of 5 billion yen as part of a policy to revitalize rural areas. The residents are excited about this opportunity but their peaceful days are disrupted when a man named Mutsuo Omisaka arrives on the island.
