For a television reality show about people working while the rest of the world is asleep, reporter Angela Vidal (Jennifer Carpenter) and videographer Scott (Steve Harris) are assigned to join the night shift with several firefighters at the Los Angeles firefighter. Upon an emergency call after an eventful night, they go to a small apartment in the city center. The police officers have already arrived at the scene because of the screams that froze the blood of a person from the third floor of an apartment building. Facing flash news, Angela and Scott are determined to record everything.
